An interesting perspective on the Original Strength RESETs. Tim keeps his writing style simple and enjoyable. This book lays out a plan for combining the resets with the movement progressions from Dan John's Intervention/Easy Strength.

If you are interested in in-depth science behind the resets (and other movement-based therapies) you may want to check out Todd Hargrove's A Guide to Better Movement.
This book seems to contain a lot of filler material. The important information in this title (the five "resets") could have easily been presented in a much shorter magazine article or blog post. I will approach this author's future work with skepticism.
This book is great and I truly believe it will help that 85% that's not into fitness. This book will change lives. Can't wait to become OS certified.
This book could apply to almost anyone. A way to rethink your warm up, aerobic work, getting movement back, etc. Tim does a great job keeping things simple and easy to understand for the everyday person!
Nothing new here if you have read the other books...just a condensed version...probably a good one to purchase first if you are interested in OS

I have been doing the resets taught here for several years and they have improved my functional fitness a great deal. The addition of the simple movement patterns (strength training) is what sets this book apart from Tim Anderson’s other books. It has given me “permission” to strength train in the same rational, simple manner as I have rebuilt my “original strength” through the five resets.
